Now though, Stuart Wilson and the team have made the move from the back streets of Finnieston to the hustle and bustle of Hyndland, just off Clarence Drive on Lauderdale Gardens. The move allows for a lot more natural footfall, and has given Stuart and the team a sense of community back.
“We didn’t even have windows in the old Finnieston shop,” explains Stuart. “Now, I just love being able to look out the window and see the world going by – we even have customers giving us a wave when they walk by, even if they are not popping in. We have been so welcomed to the area by all the surrounding small businesses and it feels like a really positive change.”
At Wilson’s, the focus since it first opened its doors in 2015 is always on providing its customers with the best quality fresh fish and shellfish from across Scotland.
