Skypark launch ‘Big Scottish Breakfast’ children’s appeal with an equally big poster!

Traveling along the Clydeside Expressway, you’ll be forgiven for thinking you’re getting a weather update on your commute. Skypark, one of the largest business parks in Scotland, has commissioned the billboard, starring weatherman Sean Batty to promote their new fundraising appeal.
Feeling Hungry?
The team at Skypark are the host of this year’s STV Children’s Appeal’s ‘Big Scottish Breakfast’. The campaign helps to raise monies for the annual fundraiser, helping children and young people across Scotland to have a good, nutritious breakfast. This year the ‘Big Scottish Breakfast’ will take place on the 11th September in Skypark’s new ‘Gather’ cafe. Getting communities together – workmates, friends, school children, families – to have breakfast together on the day will help to raise the vital funds required for children living in poverty in Scotland.
And with STV Children’s Appeal Ambassador Sean Batty gazing down at us from the billboard, who wouldn’t want to donate? Sean says ‘A big thank you to Skypark for helping us promote the Big Scottish Breakfast, I’m looking forward to seeing the billboard on my commutes every morning and I hope that it will encourage even more people to get involved, and raise funds for children and families that need it most across Scotland.’

Resonance Capital’s Angela Higgins, Skypark’s Strategic Lettings Advisor adds ‘Sean Batty is one of Scotland’s most recognisable broadcasters. The work that he and STV do to raise vital funds for children and young people in desperate need, is both necessary and admirable. The need for support across our communities has never been greater. The Big Scottish Breakfast is a fun and accessible way to join in and raise money.
Indeed, with the billboard on one of the busiest stretches of Glasgow roads, it’s perfectly positioned to garner attention. So, come on Weegies and get those hands in your pockets!
