Westender christmas activities

This winter we are reclaiming all the time that we missed out on spending with our family due to covid-19. All over the country new events or activities are popping up, however, none more so than the vibrant west end of Glasgow. Family activities are not sparse during this time of the year, so you must choose wisely where you are spending your time and hard-earned money with the family. We have narrowed down 4 family activities to attend in Glasgow this Christmas!

Elfingrove

Itison has announced the release dates for their annual Elfingrove event; Elfingrove is a family-focused event held in Kelvingrove Museum that provides a whirlwind of activities. The Ice Experience is open from 2nd – 24 December allows all that attend the chance to skate under the stars on an ice rink that could rival that of the rink at the Rockefeller Center. If you feel yourself starting to get a bit chilly then why not dance yourself back into warmth? The silent disco has made a return after it appeared a fan favourite in the last few years. These family activities are sure to make anyone parched – no need to worry as Elfingrove is also providing festive food and drink!
