Maggie’s Culture Crawl, a 10K sponsored walk taking in Glasgow’s Iconic landmarks in aid of cancer support.

Maggie's Glasgow Culture Crawl

Cancer support Charity Maggie’s Glasgow are once again, organising one of their most popular and fun fundraising events, the Glasgow Culture Crawl. The 10K walk will take place in Glasgow on the 2nd June and incorporates our best love cultural sights. Visit Glasgow Vintage Bus Depot, the Science Centre, the Clydeside Distillery and GoMA, to name but a few.

At its heart of course, the Culture Crawl is about raising as much funds as possible for the cancer support charity’s amazing work. Maggie’s have spent over 25 years providing free cancer support and information in centres across the country. The centres specialise in helping people live well with cancer. Not only do the staff help support people emotionally and physically, they can also advise on any money worries those visiting the centre might have. Diagnosis and treatment can be so daunting, but Maggie’s Centres are there to support not only the person, but the family caring for someone living with cancer.

That’s why fundraising is so vital to the work Maggie’s do. And the Culture Crawl is a fantastic fun opportunity to raise as much as you can. Those taking part will enjoy entertainment throughout the day, with musicians and dancers keeping moral up. So get those sketchers tied, water bottle topped up and go raise some cash!
