WestFest, the fabulous new festival is set to launch this Saturday 22nd April.
The new arts festival is set to kick off in the West End this June.
The Team behind the event will launch it with a samba band performance tour across the West End. The performances are free and will feature the likes of Sambayabamba and BrassAye. Look out for the bands across the West End this Saturday. Kelvingrove Park, Ashton Lane and Glasgow Botanic Gardens will play host to the bands and WestFest are inviting folk from across Glasgow to come and join the fun

The team will be handing out free WestFest brochures at the launch, of which 50,000 will be distributed across the West End and central belt from next week. The brochure will contain details of this great event running throughout June.
