In collaboration with the Wild Kabn Kitchen, professional ballerina and yoga instructor Roseanna Leney brings you a day to reconnect yourself with nature. The beautiful Ardkinglas Estate on the banks of Loch Fyne is the location for this wellness retreat, offering a day of self care.

In the morning, the day will start with a wholesome welcome smoothie and some energising yoga. Following this, why not consider an exhilarating wild swim in Loch Fyne? The cold – fear not, William Hamer of Wild Kabn Kitchen is a fantastic outdoor chef. Post swim, cosy up by the open fire and observe a master at work, as William prepares a mouthwatering vegetarian lunch, sourced from local ingredients.
