The Creative Craft Show returns for all Scottish Crafters this October
Wondering what the newest trends are in the crafting world? Need a stock up of the latest supplies before Christmas? Well, you’re in luck as the Creative Craft Show returns to the SEC from 26th – 29th October.
And as an extra sprinkle of Christmas Spirit, Simply Christmas will be running too, with some of the top independent makers exhibiting their ceramics, jewellery, Christmas wares and so much more! What more could you want for Autumn and Winter?
As well as crafting materials, the show will have a host of workshops available. So why not learn a new skill? From flower arranging, to silk painting, willow-weaving to 3D decoupage, the crafting world is your oyster!
The show will host leading crafting experts giving ideas and tips including Steffi Stern of The Makerss giving her expert advice on needle felting and doll making, on which she has written four books. Visitors can even make some spooky-themed decorations to take away. The ever fabulous Sew Confident, will be in attendance and visitors can get involved with sewing, crochet, hand embroidery and macrame classes. The exceptionally talented Helen McKenna will be demonstrating her work on appliqué, machine embroidery and felting, culminating in her designs on painted backgrounds.
All in all, a fantastic day of colossal crafting. So whether you be a felter, sewer, paper crafter or cross stitcher, the Creative Craft Show will have everything you need.
