Rainbow Room International, Great Western Road wins two incredible awards at the Rainbow Room International Congress 2023.
The annual Rainbow Room International Congress returned after a 3 year hiatus to Òran Mór, Byres Road. After 3 years apart, this was a chance for the salon teams to get together and celebrate. And what a turbulent 3 years it’s been.
On the night, the champagne reception set the tone for the glamorous night. Director’s, stylists and trainees enjoyed a well deserved candlelit meal before the Award Ceremony.
Co-Founders Alan and Linda Stewart took to the stage to welcome the teams and thank them for the hard work over a very difficult few years for the Industry. Then, time for the trophies!
The Uddingston Team did extremely well in the photographic categories, whilst Buchanan Street stylists won well deserved individual awards. Our very own Great Western Road stylists were recognised in the Graduation and Self Improvement Categories, these being awarded to Alexandra McBurnie and Summer Telford respectively.
Howard Street Salon won the most coveted award of the night, Salon of the Year. The salon has shown incredible growth and progression.
Of the evening, Linda Stewart, Co-Founder of RRI Group said ‘It was really great bringing everyone back together again and celebrating the success of the group over the past few years. Our salons are filled with incredible, motivated and passionate team members and we love hosting our annual congress to reward and congratulate them for their hard work.’
